Hello Bimbos
So as reported to you last week we have encountered a serious case of copyright theft/ infringement.
A Turkish company has stolen all our images and is now making money using them. They have consistently ignored my e-mails and offer of finding an agreement.
So we are facing a situation where we have no choice but to do as much as we possibly can to defend our site and assets. I am aware that some of the images are also ones created by our users so all in all this is a disgusting case of theft on the highest scale.
I considered whether it is right to share this with you but being as some of your images are involved then it seems correct to share. Also as you know I never like to miss an opportunity to create/further a bit of drama for you ;-)
Also the site is in Turkish so its not like we are giving free publicity to a competitor.
We have taken many screenshots but I appeal to you to also share as much info as possible should we need anything in a court of law.
Luckily in 2008 when we were flying we took a worldwide trademark out on Miss Bimbo and all the images in the gaming sector. We paid £3000 for it at the time and i thought it was a total waste of money. We will see now if it has any damn value I guess!
I have just contacted facebook and asked them to remove these pages because they infringe our copyright =

This is part of the email i just sent them.
So from today we will commence the following =
1) We will start legal action against your company forcing you to remove your site from the internet and to pay us the money you owe us.
We will be seeking full access to your company and personal bank accounts to discover what monies you owe us.
2) We have already contacted facebook to inform them about your copyright and trademark infringements and ask them to remove all info related to beybim.com
3) We will contact your hosting provider and Internet provider and ask them to take down your site beybim.com
4) We will create a blog listing your copyright infringements and make sure anyone who searches google for your names and your company will find out about your illegal behaviour. Your names will be there for all to see.
I have given you ample choice to get out this situation and you have ignored it. You still have the power to reverse your illegal activities but I am no longer prepared to wait for you to do the right thing.
