There was a lot of options for this theme, but I tried to make it to look as coolest as possible although funny, colourful and extravagant and somehow a bit chav

A couple of Notes from Horatia
- Some of the items are misaligned. This can be corrected using the layering function in Dress up.
- The 'Award' and 'Fair' dresses are a little bonus from Dollphane.
- The "lips cigarette" will be added to Nine's later.
- The "hand cigarette" is mislabeled, but available for purchase. We'll fix the label ASAP.
